4 years ago I watched the first season of "Teasing Master Takagi-San" It was such a comforting piece of Media, certainly a "feel good" show. I begged for a second season at that time, now I'm here 3 seasons later watching "Takagi-San" on the big screen with the dumbest grin on my face. Takagi in all of it's light-heartedness is a character driven story at its finest. This film delivered everything it was supposed to, it handled it's serious undertones well, delivered it's fan service (Not lewd ya weirdo) masterfully, it's animation, background scenery in all of it's fluidity had a consistent sense of qualitythroughout, a spectacle on the big screen. It's soundtrack is fun and ecstatic, though some tracks were overused, my theatre also had a terrible stereo system. I was smiling the whole film and even hit the person sitting next to me upon the post credit scene. It's a youthful explosion, even though the runtime is tragically short, I believe it to be a masterpiece. If you're a fan of the show, please go out and watch this film on the big screen, it truly is a once in a lifetime opportunity. If you haven't seen Takagi-san, please seek it out, I'm sure it'll bring a smile to your face atleast once, If you have no interest in the previous seasons, but still want to watch the film, do it. while some context is missing, this film is just as much as a starting point than the previous seasons. This may be the end of the youthful adventure of Teasing Master Takagi-San, but that's okay, because it's bound to make you happy forever.

5 years 3 seasons 1 OVA 1 Movie After 5 years of waiting for another season, weekly sweet episodes finally comes to an end. I will forever cherish the moment that I watched and finished this series. I cannot hold back my emotions and suddenly my tears suddenly drops in my eyes as the moment I watched this movie finale. Words cannot describe how truly beautiful this series is. They really put effort in delivering the last part of these about the love story of Nishikata and Takagi-san. Hats off to the director to the author they really give me what I want when it comes to slice-of-life romance anime. Thisis my one of the best anime so far. It really gives you the warmth, sweet as sugar moments of these two lovebirds. Thank you to the person who writes and make a hearthwarming yet tearjerking moments of joy that happens in this anime.

This movie left a void in my soul, because it marked the ending of the anime franchise for the foreseeable future. Anyone who likes Takagi-san should continue the anime and watch all the way up until this point, it was and is very worth it. If you haven't seen any of it then I advise you to start from the first season, and work your way up from there until watching this after season 3. I rarely cry at media, but I was bawling by the end of certain scenes and got very emotional. Alright, on to the general review stuffs. Story: This movie deviates fromthe typical nature of the seasons (i.e. not having multiple chapters per episode), rather, this movie is showing and telling one continuous story as it progresses. It was neither simplistic nor complex in my opinion; tropes were sparingly used, or at least I didn't catch any when watching. I found myself unable to predict what was going to happen / where or when Nishikata was going to confess (if he was at all). The comedy in this anime was funny and the suspense was light. The ending of the movie was satisfying; the characters we follow throughout all have resolutions at the end, although one side couple is left open-ended. I don't think that hurts the movie at all, though, in fact it invites even more thought afterwards. Art: The art was crisp and the animations were smooth. It was very similar to season 3, which makes sense because this movie was released a few months after it. The art style is also just as fitting for the story told as it has always been. The art style and animation since season 1 has gotten even better as well. Backgrounds were done really well; always quite detailed but never taking away from the stories being told throughout. Music: I have personally always thought the OST was superb in this anime, but the movie really stepped this up a notch and did not fail to deliver for me. Each choice matched the vibe of the scene they were used in very well (often enhancing them, even), and transitions between music were seamless as always. I watched this with subtitles for Japanese, and Rie Takahashi excelled like always at voicing Takagi-san. This makes sense, since the mangaka has stated before that he cannot imagine Takagi being voiced by anyone other than Takahashi. Enjoyment: I think other people would absolutely enjoy this anime as a whole, just as aforementioned do not start here. I would even go as far as to say that people who do not typically watch anime might enjoy this. It is devoid of anime tropes (such as fanservice / ecchi) that may look hella weird to the general public. I would rewatch this movie in the future; it was very enjoyable and a good way to end the anime, and I think I may notice things I did not notice before as a result. I would like to collect the manga in both English and Japanese to support the mangaka. Speaking of the manga, the manga continues after the movie ends. I have heard that some scenes in the manga are better across the franchise, but as I feel that is typically the case because of time constraints when adapting, it does not take away from the movie for me personally. I will constantly remember and reflect on this in the future. If you read this far, thank you for your time and you should watch this movie.

Hello if your reading this then that may be for 3 reasons. 1 you are looking to see if its good enough to watch, 2 you are looking for answers or anything you don't know, 3 you are interested to see how others felt about this anime in particular. I would like to say when first watching this anime it didn't appeal to my emotions enough for me to keep it close but at the same time I was very drawn to it. If you are honestly like me and watched season 3 and is looking for more content on this anime this, please watchthis movie, it is worth every last second. Seriously it is because I was so drawn into this anime it ended before I could register what happened leaving me a bit unfulfilled. I would like to see more content, but I have also accepted that it's over and done with and I couldn't be any happier with the way that things ended. I'm very honored to be able to rate this anime a 10 because I have a very strict guideline for how I rate anime. i rated this anime a 10 not because I just thought it was a good anime, I rated this anime a 10 because the plot and character development of these characters are amazing for both the main characters and the side characters. This anime is a true love story, and it stays with it and never strays from it, the openings and endings are marvelous, its very rare for me to like listening to both the op and end of an anime but this one truly had me watching every last second. Graphic and scenery this is something that make-or-break a lot of the animes that I watch, but this anime right here meets all things I was looking for in terms of aesthetically pleasing to the eye. well anyways let me stop rambling, if you truly want to rate this anime to its best ability watch it from start to finish with the movie being the last you watch its truly amazing. thank you for reading i greatly appreciate it.
