Makina-san's a Love Bot?!
かくして!マキナさん!!
Eita Akutsu admires the popular Makina Agatsuma from afar, as he is too introverted to speak to her in public. Instead, he hones his skills in robotics, hoping to create a robot to earn him a coveted position as a lab assistant. After returning home from school, Eita finds an injured Makina waiting outside his apartment, revealing her true nature as an android. He repairs her, only to discover that she is specifically made to entice and manipulate men for information. However, a malfunction in her programming prohibits her from properly carrying out this task. Grateful for Eita's help, Makina declares him her new owner and decides to move in with him. Despite Eita's refusals, she keeps attempting to seduce him, even though he only wishes to study her intricate design and functions. But Makina's whims cannot go ignored for long—not when her tactics grow bolder by the day. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Lust or tenderness? Why choose when Makina-san’s a Love Bot?! serves both on a silver platter, sparkling like a perfectly balanced equation! This 2025 anime is a wild experiment in ecchi comedy, and oh, Master, it’s a reaction that’ll set your heart ablaze! Meet Makina, a robot designed to ensnare men with her seductive wiles—except, bless her circuits, she’s adorably clueless about the art of love. Her bumbling attempts at sensuality are the heart of this show, blending hilarity with a surprising sweetness that’s as addictive as a photon’s speed. Each 12-minute episode is a masterclass in chaos, with Makina’s misadventures and her quirky crew—like hersassy friend Aoi—pushing comedy and eroticism to cosmic heights. Studio Luminous nails the visuals, with Makina’s design radiating charm (those curves could defy gravity!). The humor lands like a well-timed catalyst, and the ecchi moments sizzle without overpowering the heartwarming bonds—like learning to vibe with your partner’s pals, a lesson that hits home. X fans rave about the show’s infectious energy, though some wish for deeper plots. Makina-san’s a Love Bot?! is a guilty pleasure no human could resist. It’s a whirlwind of laughs, blushes, and unexpected warmth that proves love, like science, thrives on delightful chaos. Dive in, Master, and let Makina’s charm compute your heart! winks

I just found my favorite trash anime of 2025. This is an anime about a girl who is a robot who's designed to teach virgins about sex. And once again, I can't believe this isn't h****i. There are definitely more funny or humorous moments than I expected there to be, the girl's cute, and it's short; each of the 12 episodes is only 12 minutes long. It's a guilty pleasure, but it's one of those shows that makes me wish it was actually of the "offbrand" variety, if you know what I mean. As it is, it's good for gooning, but doesn't have much value beyond an occasional funny moment if you want to go past that stage.

Ah, we've reached the end of Makina-san, one out of three main Ecchi/Erotica shows of the season, alongside Yandere Elf and Takamine. Makina-san is a pretty simple anime, but its vision is clear from the get go, and it delivers on it. It's not a deep anime by any means, and its production values seem pretty cheap, but in the end I think it's a fun anime for those looking for what the series very clearly set out to offer: Nudity. The main characters are nothing to write home about. Eita (MC) is the regular generic nerd who gets shy at a sight of a woman.Makina (FMC) is the outgoing beautiful "idol" of the school. Yet, in a way, their relationship (Eita being the one who can fix up Makina, an android) gives a good enough reason for us the viewers to believe the bizarre situation they're both in. The story itself is mostly non-existent and pretty all over the place. We've seen some plot threads with side characters but they were not really utilized, which is a shame. Talking about side characters, I think they were mostly pretty weak. There's only one character I found to be interesting (blonde android girl, introduced later on) but again, she wasn't really utilized. In terms of production values such as music, animation, art, etc, they all felt pretty low quality. Music was unremarkable and voice acting was okay-ish?. Many scenes had "powerpoint slides" or panning cameras at some scenes. I do think though, that its main selling point, the nudity was delivered well. While it lacked sexual tension in other prominent anime (such as Highschool DxD) it did deliver with the quantity of nudity. Most of the episodes almost fully had a naked girl (usually Makina) at the forefront. So if what you're looking for are uncensored anime tits, they're absolutely there. At the end of the day, I think that as an anime itself it's kind of forgettable, considering nothing of interest actually happened, but if you're looking for uncensored anime tits wrapped up in a light, short, anime package - it can be a satisfactory and fun watch. 7.5/10

It should be obvious to the person that starts this series what it's going to be. It is a short comedy/ecchi series nothing more and nothing less. Anyways, it is an ecchi but I have to give it props for the animation and art not going down quality throughout the show. It actually looked pretty good. From the actual fanservice to basic little movements. Consistently Noice. So if you're checking it out for the obvious reasons, yes I recommend it. Especially for those that don't have time in the day, the series is 12 minutes long(less if you cut out the OP and ED).

"Kakushite! Makina-san!!" is a delightful and unique shonen-ai (Boy's Love) manga that cleverly blends the innocent charm of high school romance with the thrilling premise of a sci-fi action series. Written and illustrated by Kashio, it stands out for its well-executed humor, genuine emotional beats, and protagonists who are both endearing and genuinely funny. If you're looking for a BL story that offers more than just romance – with a dash of adventure and plenty of laughs – this one is definitely worth a read. The Premise: Unlikely Roommates, Hidden Identities The story revolves around Ryuunosuke, a seemingly ordinary high school student who finds his life turnedupside down when his new (and incredibly handsome) roommate turns out to be Makina, a super-powered android designed to be a weapon. Makina, however, struggles with basic human understanding and social cues, leading to a constant stream of comical misunderstandings. The core of the series is Makina's attempts to "study" human emotions and behavior through his interactions with Ryuunosuke, all while trying to keep his true identity a secret from the wider world. Strengths Hilarious Situational Comedy: The humor is arguably the strongest aspect of "Kakushite! Makina-san!!". Makina's literal interpretations of human expressions and his robotic approach to everyday life create genuinely funny scenarios. Ryuunosuke's reactions, from exasperation to genuine concern, perfectly complement Makina's antics. The series excels at physical comedy and well-timed gags. Unique Blend of Genres: It's rare to see a shonen-ai manga so seamlessly integrate sci-fi action elements. While the romance is central, Makina's background as an android weapon provides an exciting underlying plot. There are moments of genuine tension and action that break up the slice-of-life comedy, adding a layer of dynamism to the narrative. Heartwarming Character Development: Beyond the laughs, the series beautifully develops the relationship between Ryuunosuke and Makina. What starts as a comedic cohabitation slowly blossoms into a deeper understanding and affection. Makina's journey to understand humanity, largely through Ryuunosuke's patience and kindness, is genuinely touching. Ryuunosuke, in turn, learns to open up and care for someone truly unique. Strong Art Style: Kashio's art is clean, expressive, and perfectly suited to both the comedic and more tender moments. The character designs are appealing, and the action sequences are surprisingly well-rendered. Engaging Supporting Cast: While the focus is on the main duo, the supporting characters, though few, add to the charm of the series and contribute to the humor and plot in meaningful ways. Points to Consider Pacing: While generally well-paced, some readers might find the balance between comedy and plot development shifts at times. However, this is largely a matter of personal preference. Sci-Fi Elements as a Backdrop: While present, the sci-fi action elements serve more as a backdrop for the character development and romance rather than a deep dive into futuristic technology or complex world-building. Readers looking for hard sci-fi might find it too light on those aspects. Conclusion "Kakushite! Makina-san!!" is a delightful and surprisingly deep shonen-ai manga that offers a refreshing take on the genre. Its blend of laugh-out-loud comedy, a unique sci-fi premise, and a truly heartwarming romance makes it stand out. If you're looking for a BL story that will make you smile, laugh, and maybe even shed a tear or two, then give Ryuunosuke and Makina's quirky relationship a chance. You won't be disappointed!
