Visually the animation is good, but it is badly used. And there is actually a female doing a devious action, while not being the villain, something uncommon in anime. But that was only in episode 1, which was also the best episode comedy wise. The main problem here besides the strange story and the bland characters is that there is no comedy. The ingredients for comedy are just thrown in the episodes in the hope of just having them it becomes funny, no it doesn't. This applies as well to the one dimensional characters. You can watch episode 1 to see for yourself, the rest is forgettable.
