Mixed Feelings

Well, I finally can watch this, so I'm reviewing it! Anyways, video clip tells us how a shy girl discovers and handles with her wishes and emotions. If you want something to relax or enjoy, forget it. It's from people who want to think about routine concepts and common myths about it. It's a really though job due to the fact that you need to understand Japanese, or some of it, because there's no translation available on the Internet, and you can only find it in a Chinese streaming website, so... Good luck! However, there are some problems with this short clip. It's too simple, boring attimes and... Well, it pretends be smart and reliable to spend time. But it's below any expectations. Whenever idea is good, my grades is these. Thanks for your attention.

This is an AMV, a song made by CHiAKi KURiYAMA. An interesting "vaguely darkish" electro pop song by a female vocalist. The lyrics is quite symbolic and can be interpreted in different for me. The visuals are good, maybe sometimes too simple. The music video itself is just as if not even more symbolic with few hints, therefore it was for quite hard to really understand what it was all about. If I should interpreted it, I would describe it as being somewhat a cry "seize the moment" and let go of the past. The whole lyric is about the symbol of zero, resetting, be reborn, getrid of your chains. But again the music video itself is very vague in its symbolism, it is the lyrics which carries this song :)

Mixed Feelings

Before this, I had zero exposure to the name “Chiaki Kuriyama”, but now, I'm glad I do, thanks to “"0"”, weird name. It's the case of FLCL and the Pillows all over again, the music stucks on from the first second and goes on just as strong and tingly with a dark direction, it sounds like a screaming confused teenager that's stuck between depression and addiction. Alongside the music, an animated short was being displayed to accompany the words spoken into the visual language, we get to follow what seems like a lonely girl in her room, probably her only shelter, hiding from the outside world,and as the music nears the final verses, she finally finds the courage to pull off her remaining strength and hit the road to sort out whatever was in her mind.

Recommended

This anime was short and the music was good.The animation wasn't that good. Story? well there is really no story but overall its ok. really there is not anything more to ad to this anime I mean if your going to watch it it may be kinda a waste of time.The enjoyment of this anime is mediocre.The story is good I mean there really is no story but I can't rate it bad if there is no story I mean if there is a story I could be good. The art is not that great in my opinion its mediocre witch is a 5/10. The sound was verygood (its a music video just for a heads up). The characters are fair 6/10. Enjoyment is mediocre cause theres literally no story at all so its a 5/10. Overall id rate it a 7/10.

Not Recommended

I wish there was a 'meh' rating. Cause this wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. It was just 'meh'. I wouldn't say it was good, but I wouldn't say this was terrible either. The visuals reminded me vaguely of the dark palette of anime like Serial Experiments Lain. But the girl who appeared to be the main character, wasn't visually consistent. Sure, her outline was the same. but there was always something slightly off with her mouth. A lot of shots she didn't have a face, so there was no budget for that I guess. I guess they had champagne aspirations for the video. butwere working on a beer budget. You can see where they tried, but unfortunately it just wasn't enough. Everything just ended up culminating in a 'meh' soup. I struggled with rating it a 4 or a 5. It wasn't good enough to justify a '5', but it wasn't bad enough that it really justified a 4 either. Ultimately, I went with a 4 because despite everything, it was on the low side of 'meh' that a 4 felt closer to the rating I wanted to give it(a 4.5) than a 5 did.
