Story: A comedy doesn't need a story, but a comedy does need to be funny. So, in that regard, it's okay for this not to have a story. However, nothing particularly unique or eventful happens here to create a set up for a joke in any way, shape, or form, therefore, it fails to be funny. If a comedy has neither a story nor anything funny to offer, then it fails entirely. I understand that this OVA is 2 minutes long, but there were events in the previous season that were used in less time to create chuckle-worthy sequences. That said, if someone likes ecchi content, thenmaybe they'll find this enjoyable? To me, it's merely offensive to have ecchi for the sake of ecchi, and this definitely was just ecchi for the sake of itself, so it's really just a waste of 2 minutes. However, I won't complain. Finishing out a series is what I enjoy doing. Whether the series is good or not doesn't particularly matter to me, but I do recognize quality when I see it (at least, I like to think I do.) Art: Similar to the show, the art is fine here. I did think one part was poorly animated, but it's a split-second transition so it doesn't really matter. Sound: Again, sufficient. Everything is dandy, here. Character: Their character doesn't matter. It's just place-holders doing things because reasons. Enjoyment: Boring, offensive, a waste of time.
