91 Daze is a fun spin-off for the series; 91 days, that's more comedy centered, very lighthearted and carefree. But should you care? - Story (3.0/10): There was no story per se, but at the same time, you could almost feel one. Saying that these shorts had no story is like saying every comedy slice of life show doesn't have one. It's just the focus wasn't around the story but the characters and their interactions. these 2 minutes long 7 episodes go through some funny conversation between Angelo and Nero and having Corteo as a guest of honor appearing very rarely every now and then. - Art (6.0/10): Very Chibiand minimalistic art style used, it wasn't intended to be taken seriously, so there was no hold off on the goofiness. It worked fine I guess. - Sound (6.3/10): Again, there had to be a dubbed version, I went through a lot of trouble to find the series at the first place, and then to separately find the translated script and read along the seconds, it was more like a chore than enjoyment to me. The voice acting felt comedic, but the soundtrack was lacking. - Character (7.0/10): Again, what's not to like about Angelo, Corteo, and Nero? Three fellas having some fun time, being them tasting booze or just goofing around. It was all for fun. - Enjoyment (6.5/10): This wasn't the least one of my highlights with watching anime, no, I didn't laugh hysterically, and I don't think I even cracked a genuine laugh, but it sure was a decent 14 minutes time killer. - Overall (5.8/10): I wouldn't recommend this or say it's one of these gems, the comedy wasn't all that good, and the jokes were blunt, so it's safer to skip on this if you had better stuff to do. But in case you are like me, have plenty of time on your hand and can't think of anything else to do, why not try this out?

This review requires a bit of backstory, which I will shrink down into about two sentences, which will also sell this show: "Hey random Anime watchers, did you just finish 91 days but thought 'hey, wish I could have more stupidly funny scenes of Angelo and Nero just kind of getting on each other's nerves? No, well then just watch it to put a complete next to the whole series then, ok..." Story: 7 There were some funny parts, and then some episodes that nearly put me to sleep. The 7 was both for the rate of good comedy to bad comedy... and because Ireally needed to get some sleep that night. Art: 6 I've seen plenty of chibi specials... and this is about the quality you'd get from them. Other than that, I remember a lot of pink backgrounds and maybe one piece of important furniture per episode. Sound: 5 Unfortunately, I can't remember anything that impressive sound-wise coming from this special, which is a shame considering how many good songs there were in the actual series. Character: 8 Angelo and Nero trolling... yeah, they were good character in the series...so it follows. Enjoyment: 8 Might be the only one here who thought it, but it was fun watching some of the interactions in these shorts. Not gonna waste your whole day binge watching anyways so. Overall: 7 Like I said, if you liked the regular series, then a few special shorts aren't going to kill you to watch, and who knows, you might just get a kick out of angry chibi Nero or Angelo!

my overall impression: meh overall: 91 daze is meant to be a cheeky little spin off mini series. the episodes are only 2 minutes long and drawn in chibi style. they only involve Corteo, Angelo and Nero in these "wacky" and "silly" situations and its all supposed to be light hearted but i honestly thought it was boring story (3/10): the mini series has 7 episodes, each episode having its own little plot that involves some kind of hijinks and goofiness. there really is nothing to them art (3/10): everything is very simple and bland, but that is to be expected because the episodes are literally 2 minuteslong. sound (4/10): i was actually able to find the subbed version and of course, the voice acting is solid. the cute little soundtrack goes well with whats on screen characters: (4/10): ive watched the anime and the special and in both in both of the reviews i made complained about not using precious time to expand on character development. i personally didnt feel any sort of strong connection for any of the characters (maybe with the exception of Corteo) so i really didnt care about the characters too much in this series, especially since nothing of substance was happening but in general they are solid characters with potential. enjoyment (4/10): i guess i cant rag on it too much, partly because i knew what i was getting myself in to but also there was really nothing to it. you just kinda fill time with these empty little skits that i honestly didnt even think were slightly amusing. and visually, it was nothing to write home about. there was very limited animation and details in the skits; everything was very simple which isnt a bad thing for what this mini series is trying to do. i guess its not TOO horrible. my enjoyment was a 4 but i gave it a 5 because some might find this cute or funny in a way but i just dont see the point of watching it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This show is a combination of shorts, consisting of chibi versions for characters from the show 91 days. I really love 91 days so I finished off what the franchise had to offer with this short show. All I can say about it was just meh. The best part was obviously the characters but only cause I liked seeing more interactions between Angelo and Nero. The comedy of these interactions however was nothing particularly special. Do I recommend watching this? If it was a full series I would say no but if you want to finish off the franchise like me, it's worth a shot dueto the short run time.
