This was my first hentai and review, so go easy on me okay. Story - 4 From a narrative perspective, this isn't great. A landlady goes to her tenant's apartment every month to collect rent. Every time, they always find a way to have sex. Definitely not the best, but also could have been a lot worse. Art - 9 This really surprised me. The art in this hentai was surprisingly good. The only real issues I have is that the MC looks kind of generic and the reuse of animation. I'm guessing the ladder had to do with budgetary restrictions and this is FAR from the onlymedia that does this. Sound - 9 The sound was also a surprise. The mixing was great most of the time and it's well voice acted. Character - 3 In my opinion, the Characters were the worst thing about this. I know hentai characters are known for being very shallow and dull, but I really didn't find anything interesting with them. Enjoyment - 7 I actually enjoyed it quite a bit, despite all the issues. Overall - 7 Despite the lack of interesting characters or a good story. The animation and sound were good enough for me to have an enjoyable experience for my first go-around.
