Haru no Uta

Anime Movie Review No.2 Note: Historical Movie not much of content. A historical reminder: Haru no Uta is 1930's film that present a music video of the classic japanese song sakura. This is the year's where anime is on the experimental stages where technology in Japan is not advance enough to produce high length film. Mostly in this timeline japanese animation is more focus on making cultural and propaganda either military, government politics or many more that can influence it's people. This is like the Jurassic period of anime back then where there is no deep stories, concept, specific genre or anything in particular. Anime in this eraare not made for marketing yet. Unlike disney at the time of 1930's created the movie "snow white" which prove the technology gap of the east from the west. There are two factors I can rate: Art style (5/10) The creative animation is good during it's time. In making this kind of film it took a lot of materials just produce it. Especially in colored form. Black and Violet is the combination color. Music (5/10) The song match the animation and yes kids from japan will learn the song faster since the animation was made for educational purposes. Overall (2/10) Again the short film is not bad. It's one of fundamental stepping stone needed that helped develop the anime we have today.

Rate a 4 English subtitles Genre:musical art film Story Basic, just bone no meat. Conclusion i am not happy with but i can live with. As for the introduction that was silly. Don't do an introduction that is not really focused on the plot. Yes, one could say it relates. It does but i was thinking more of a curtain opening or walking on set more theater based. What you got was something similar to having a paper shown in your face. I don't mind reading it but it is a bit rude to do that. Art Fan of pink? No matter the answer you chose i doubt you will be afterthis. Shows have been known to be colorful or sepia based or even black and white. Alas, this is more rare. Here they matched their song with an element and solely stuck with it. I mean, i understand the symbolic meaning it carries but over doing anything is not good. Too much food equals vomiting. Too much make up you look like a clown. Get the idea? Sound Had a bit of static. As for the song it was sang well but was not catchy. Character Not related
