Midnight Vampire

Without spoiling too much, this is a super unique and interesting piece of art! Even if it's not really your thing, I think it's worth taking 7 minutes out of your day to watch it and appreciate the work and artistic intent that went into it. The story is pretty fun and satisfying as well! The simplicity of the character designs and settings add an interesting liminal quality that is compounded by the lack of spoken dialogue. The director has created several stop motion animated horror shorts, and the artistic intent becomes more interesting with each one. There are only a few characters. Of course, thetitular Midnight Vampire is the main one we follow in the story. However, the supporting female character, who is unnamed, is an interesting character in her own right. The decisions she makes are perhaps unexpected, but they lead to a satisfying story. The antagonists are also satisfying to witness, if only for how their stories end.
