The main character faces various choices that are challenging even for the viewer. Although the donghua has great potential to become even more beautiful. Because the original novel is much better, more engaging, and filled with dialogues that are at times wise, and at other times emotional, unfortunately, many events, dialogues, and even aspects of the characters’ identities have been removed from the donghua. As a result, some parts of the story may feel confusing to viewers who haven’t read the novel. I hope theseissues will be considered in the next season.
