Synopsis

Giuseppe is a young man who tends to get completely absorbed in whatever catches his interest. Because of this, the townspeople call him "Toristukare Otoko." One day, he falls in love at first sight with a girl named Pechka, who sells balloons but seems to carry a quiet sadness. Wanting to help her, Giuseppe and his mouse companion, Cielo, start using the skills he's picked up over the years to secretly solve the problems weighing on her heart. (Source: MAL News)
