Kumiko Ijima who is one of Nube's students recognizes that a man in a local park is really a criminal wanted for murder when she remembers drawing his face from the wanted photos posted by the police. Kumiko warns her classmate Kyoko while at the same time the man discovers the drawing with the name initials "K.I." written on Kumiko's drawing portfolio and briefly sees that Kumiko wears a red ribbon in her hair. The cops chase the criminal who crashes his car into a seal where a demon takes control over his soul. The demon is now on a killing rampage to find any girl that wears a red ribbon whose name initials are "K.I.". (Source: ANN)

The 1st film of Hell Teacher Nube is an alright debut but not too spectacular. A girl named Kumiko is a young timid artist who happens to be responsible for catching a wanted criminal, however the same criminal creates a grudge towards her creating a phantom set on her death. There's much more detail in the "grudge" aspect but that would lead to some spoiler territory. What should be known about this movie is that its focus Kumiko & Kyouko as they were the ones responsible for the criminal's capture. The morals focused in the movie are the most complex of the 3 Nube films asit explores courage & regrets along with the justification of hurting criminals. That being said the movie begins on a slow pace then ends up being a bit unnecessarily complicated towards the end. While Nube isn't the focus in this movie he stills remains in character saving the day as usual. Overall Hell Teacher Nube The Movie could serve as an introduction to the series but as a fan of the anime or manga, the film version doesn't offer too many benefits. Whenever you finish the anime, I recommend to watching the 2nd movie & the OVAs. The OVA episodes are actually cannon, being based on much later manga chapters with its final episode being the best way to finish the anime series.
