Jushoku "Head Priest"

He is shown to be quite sadistic, going to great lengths just to distract the meditating Miou in order to punish her. When Miou proved to be unyielding, he asked her to be his successor which she agreed to. He is later proven to be a fraud, asking his victims to be his successor in exchange for money.
