Skillful gun user, Izarra has a cool personality and can act cruelly to achieve her goals, but can be soft-spoken and even a bit girly sometimes. She eventually became a surrogate parent to the baby Porvora. Izarra takes its name from a herbal liqueur made in the Basque Country. Also means 'star' in Basque. She also appears as a supporting character in the Game Boy Color games.
