It is revealed that she is the Student Council Secretary. Yukika is a very responsible, reliable, and somewhat serious person. After the first explosions occurred, she remained calm and focused on trying to get everyone to evacuate. Yukika is a brave and selfless girl. Even though Yukika, knew that people who went against professor Ohse were horrible punished, she still disobeyed the professor's command in order to try and signal the police for help. She also attempted to persuade the professor to end the hostage situation and let everyone go. Yukika ends up being the third victim of the story.
