Details Clubs Pictures Top > Characters > JGSDA Commander JGSDA Commander (小隊長)The commanding officer of the GSDA unit, who assigns three of his men to help Section 9 with the transport of the plutonium out of the refugee district in episode 7. While at the GSDA checkpoint, Section 9 are redressed in clothes befitting refugees and tasked with guarding a beat up SUV and shuttle bus commandeered by other members of Section 9 for the purpose of moving the plutonium. The team departs from the camp and proceeds to head out of the refugee district via the beltway and interstate. He appears again in episodes 48-49 in charge of the mass evacuation over a five-day period to allow the Ground Self Defense Army to safely defuse and remove the tactical nuclear device found in the Kyūshū Telecom Tower. Note: He is voiced by Stephen Davies in episode 33 and Dave Mallow in episodes 48 & 49.
