Kyoushirou "Dozing Kyoushirou"

It's later revealed that he's Denjiro, one of the Nine Red Scabbards, but due to his grief over Oden's execution 20 years ago, Denjiro changed his appearance and went under the name of Kyoshiro. As Kyoushirou, he became a yakuza boss and recruited followers to form the Kyoshiro Family. He then started working for the shogun and Oden's usurper Kurozumi Orochi as his money changer and bodyguard. Denjiro is also the legendary thief Ushimitsu Kozo (The Witching-Hour Boy), stealing from the wealthy families in the Flower Capital to sustain the people of the poorer Kuri region, where he served as one of Kozuki Oden's retainers years ago. His late-night robberies are the reason he is so sleepy in day-time, the reason for his "Dozing Kyoushirou" epithet.
