Rumi Takasu (Sururume) is the only female among the four commanders of the Roborobo Gang (known as the Rubberobo Gang in the dub), and is often regarded as the "face" of the dysfunctional group. Beautiful yet cruel, she is known in the video games for frequently Robattling newcomers to the gang as a way of venting her frustrations—an attitude that is poorly received by her fellow commanders.
