Samui has short blonde hair just around her chin. She wears a revealing skirt with a shirt. She has a body compariable to Tsunade, has fair skin, large breast, and appears very seductive. "Samui" means "cold" in Japanese, in reference to temperature. It could possibly reflect Samui's personality.
