Kensuke "Kendall"

He first appeared in Camping It Up! but he did not have a speaking role until Ghoul Daze!. Kendall is a rather brawny teenager who seemed to have a crush on Dawn. However, the feeling was not mutual and Dawn even referred to him as "big and gross." He wanted to be her partner for the third activity, in which students had to find the Summit Medal in the Summit Ruins at night. As the path leading to the ruins are inhabited by many Ghost-type Pokémon, Kendall claimed that he would protect Dawn, but when the actual assignment began, he revealed that he had a tremendous fear of ghosts. When he and Dawn encountered a wild Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar, Kendall ran away screaming, leaving Dawn to fend for herself.
