He is a Trainer participating at the Battle Chateau, where he holds the rank of Baron. When Nico, who also holds the rank of Baron, came to the Battle Chateau, Duke Turner announced him in the salon, where the Trainers meet up. As Trainers at the Battle Chateau are only allowed to fight Trainers with the same rank, Farrell came forward and accepted Nico's challenge to a battle. Farrell started off the match strong, though Nico and his Fletchinder ultimately won and Farrell congratulated Nico with a respectful nod.
