In the Hakaba anime, Adobarana appears as a human-like figure with pale purple skin, long light green hair wearing a brown robe that conceals his feet. His most notable feature is the mask with an intricate design that he wears, having a large mouth grinning with sharp teeth and dark brown surrounding it, making it resemble a pair of lips, a long white piece in the middle from the forehead to the mouth, making it appear to be nose and brown and light brown patterned around the eyes.
