He is a womanizer and tries to sleep with every beautiful female deity he meets. Buddha decrees that he will become the new Universal God, replacing all other deities including himself after he reunites with his sister. Some deities disagree with Buddha's ideas so they try to stop Nio-maru from achieving his goal. However, they fail and he establishes a new world order.
