He often blackmails other workers to do his job for him and pass it off as a form of modesty from the other employees. He is terrified of Inami's urges and is thankful for Souta's existence in the restaurant since Inami is taking out her urges all on Souta and not him. Souma does not like revealing his personal information to his co-workers and would immediately dodge questions relating to the matter. However, based on how he refers to Satou (Satou-kun), it possibly implies that he is over 20 years old.
