He went to the Spring under the temple of Tempus Spatium two years before the beginning of the series, and chose to become male. He had a crush on Floe, but did not become close because she is a Sibylla. Once he got over her, Floe told him to say they were lovers. Wapourif is devoutly religious, and develops a close relationship with Morinas.
