At the very beginning of the series she doesn't like being near Kazuma, and doesn't like him being near Ui (his seat is between the two). This is due to the fact that in their first meeting, she saw Kazuma kissing Ui, and thought he had forced her into it, as she had missed him slipping earlier. In the episode 11, she has a date with Kazuma. At the end of this, she admits her feelings for him.
