His English voice actress is Rachael Lillis and his Japanese voice actress is 半場友恵 Tomoe Hanba. A resident of Dewford Town, Keanu had gotten angry with Ash and his friends for stumbling across his secret base. However, that changed when Team Rocket took it over and used it to find Team Aqua and Team Magma. To make matters worse, the trio stole his Nincada, a Pokémon he cared deeply about. With the help of Ash and the others, Keanu went to get his Nincada back. The Pokémon was able to defeat Team Rocket and was returned safely to its owner.
