He dislikes the Sket Dan, believing the club to be pointless. His sentences are often marked with interjected English words/phrases, but he is also known to babble. He has an unusual way of throwing a ball, resulting in his students saying his throwing style is laughable and girly. While trying to prove them wrong, he accidentally blows up a storehouse for gym equipment when he throws a ball of blasting powder Chū-san had made.
