According to ch 146, Kain is her sempai, where Kain was Student Council President and Renge was Student Council Vice President. Renge hides the fact to Kain that she is working for Damashi Kami Company, Kain's most hated one. According to ch 147, she revealed that she missed the chance to confess her love to her when Kain graduated.
