He appears in the Episode 1 along with his partner, Marmo who is evil also. As he appears in the first episode of Doki Doki! Pretty Cure, Ira seems to be the leader of the Selfish Trio. He has light blue hair and olive eyes. Like the rest of the trio, he has bat wing-like objects behind his ears.
