Aside from pestering Harutora to be a Onmyoji, she calls him "Bakatora" whenever she feels angry or when she feels like teasing him. She was later on revealed to be a shikigami after saving Harutora from being killed by one of Suzuka's familiars. And at the end of episode 3, it is hinted that Hokuto is Natsume's shikigami and had control over "Hokuto". It was later revealed in episode 13 that Natsume is in fact Hokuto.
