He can turn into a cat in the daylight, and is the oldest brother of the seven vampire brothers. He has a very lazy nature and spends most of his days sleeping, befitting his position as the Servamp of Sloth. Kuro's past is quite mysterious and little known, as he himself prefers to bury some of his memories. However, one thing is certain: in the past there was a fairly serious conflict that made the Servamp of Greed, Lawless, hold a grudge against him. Due to C3's request, Kuro increasingly questioned the existence of Servamps. He invited the "Seven Brothers" to discuss the matter. Ultimately, the majority voted to accept C3's request to eliminate the Servamp creator. Because of this, Lawless, who was on the opposing side, opposed the decision. However, Kuro went ahead and executed the creator without listening to Lawless's opinion. This led Lawless to harbor a grudge and hatred towards Kuro for years. Because of this conflict, the Servamp of Melancholy, Tsubaki, has been searching for him for years so that he can kill Kuro to avenge his Creator's death. Kuro's true form isn't actually a cat, but a giant lion. This transformation coincides with Mahiru's weapon evolving into a long spear.
