Kimura, Shinichirou

Kimura Shinichirou was born October 4 in Hiroshima, Japan. He is a storyboarder and director. His nickname is Kimushin (キムシン), a shortened version of his name. Kimura graduated from the Department of Art at Osaka University of Arts, majoring in Oil Painting. He entered university to get a teacher's license for arts. He made his debut as animation director on Burn-Up Excess in 1998. He was previously belonging to J.C.Staff and currently belongs to Studio Hibari. (Source: AniDB)
