Kitaku-bu Katsudou Kiroku: Miniature Theater

Kitakubu Mini Gekijo, how they call it in Japanese, is a mini anime consisting of 9 episodes of 1 minute duration (no openings or endings from the main show of course) which appeared on the home releases of Kitakubu in 2013. A thing changed here in regards to the anime is the art style, as cute as the girls were, now they are to the extreme, they are chibi, you know it, big head, big eyes, super roundness and extremely colorful, I dislike the style but it works for this kind of anime, it's a cute girls show afterall. All episodes consists in the characters talking aboutnonsensical stuff as always and doing ridiculous surreal things but it ends quickly for each episode is its own thing. The skits are as funny as the 12 episodes anime, same type of comedy but more bombastic I would say. A thing to appreciate is the animation, I like how the girls are actually moving and make different facial expressions in a short span of time, I was pleasently surprised considering that most of DVD specials are picture dramas, even if it's 9 minutes in total, it's definitely to be valued and it's easily noticed. I recommed this to anyone who enjoyed Kitakubu and wants more. Also these were made after completion of anime's last episode so the VAs do a better job than at the beginning.
