Recommended

Ragnastrike Angels is not just one of the best animes released this year. It is also one of the most revolutionary animes in the past 15 years and will always be rembered by everyone who watched it. Do you want to know why? In the last couple of years we saw an increase of animes made with the only purpose of advertising video games. The problem with those animes is that not only are they extremely bad but also have very long episodes. Some of them even last 20 minutes. Like, seriously? 12 episodes, 20 minutes long each, with the only purpose of pursuading peopleto play your game? Why are you wasting people's talent on such crap? They could be making an actually good anime! And the viewer is wasting his time when he could be making the world a better place or just watching a good anime! Do you know why Albert Einstein created the mass–energy equivalence concept? Because he was not wasting his time watching 12x20min animes made to advertise games. This is where Ragnastrike Angels brilliance shows up, revolutionizing this sub-genre of anime and becoming the best among them. Since each episode only has 30 seconds, even if you don't give a f*ck about what's going on in the anime, you will watch it and enjoy it because it is very short. I mean, it is so short that you could finish it while having breakfast. And maybe you will be interested in playing the game. AND they are not wasting people's talent with this because who made this has enough time to work on other animes. I really hope that people who make these kind of anime-ads will keep using the same model because this will save the anime industry and our souls from other long anime-ads.

Mixed FeelingsFunny

Positives: Nice art, cute character designs, a couple moments might make you smile. It's impressive how much was able to happen in the 30 second episodes. Negatives: It ends without resolving the final battle. Overall: I like ambitious memorable stories, and though Ragnastrike Angels completely fails at that (I'll probably forget everything about it by next week) it's still a fun way to spend 6 minutes.MyAnimeList doesn't allow extremely short reviews, so this text is just here to make my review longer. Ragnastrike Angels is so short that I spent more time writing this review than actually watching it lol Who else likes the Halo videogame series? The music is so perfect and the gameplay is a lot of fun. The early games were very innovative and while that has slowed down in later games they are still some of the best FPS games on the market. Not Recommended

Ragnastrike Angels............LA doesn't even know how to start this review. Ok, how about looking at this with it's basics, this "anime" is essentially a glorified advert for the mobile game...LA is guessing and each episode spans 30 seconds. THIRTY SECONDS....Jesus, it might as well be an advert considering the length. Animation and voice acting was ok on both fronts at least...well to say that about a 30 second anime episode sure why not. The animation done by Satelight, Satelight use of blooming effect on the majority of characters along with some ok backgrounds (though the blooming effect makes the character design's hair be prominent to say theleast). Voice acting is to be expected even from this voice cast but quick highlight goes to Aoi Yuuki LA suppose. The plot of this "anime" is essentially looking at the slice of life and umm "daily lives" of these 38 meter girls and maybe fighting aliens spanning 3 to 4 skits (2 to 3 episodes for each skit essentially) in total in no less than 6 minutes. Well if this anime has anything going for it it's mercifully short. And because of that...LA isn't exactly angry at this glorified mobile game advertisers wetdream on a shoestring budget, because it is pretty much advertising a mobile game to us and it succeeded.....at not angering LA but annoying LA instead. To be expected with that, LA isn't gonna start playing it's mobile game even out of curiosity after watching it. Ragnastrike Angels is mercifully short and because of that...harmless (to an extent) to say the least.
