“One day, when I came back home, my scooter became three-wheeled.” - Rin Shima 🥈 8/10 Here is another lovely special episode added to the Yuru Camp△ series, starring Rin Shima, as her solo episode. This special episode may be short, but it is always good when it comes to Yuru Camp△. 🎬 Story - 7/10 Just like its parent show, Yuru Camp△, the story focuses on camping. The story actually does not contain much since this special episode is only 10 minutes long, but the show does offer new things, including Rin’s new three-wheeled motorcycle, sauna, and a new minor character, who is probably Rin’s father, voiced byTakahiro Sakurai. 🎨 Animation - 8/10 Above-standard art quality, eye-friendly, nice scenery art, and delicious-looking food like its parent show, Yuru Camp△, as always. 🔈 Sound - 9/10 Super relaxing soundtracks like its parent show, Yuru Camp△, they are actually the same soundtracks. However, this special episode lacks the opening and ending song, but it is not a big deal anyway. 🕶 Characters - 7/10 Making up for her absence in Heya Camp△, Rin got her solo episode. This episode is solely dedicated to her, resulting in no appearance of Nadeshiko, Aoi, and Chiaki. Ena and Rin’s father has a little screentime. Also in this special episode, Rin shows some changes, try looking at her in the PV! 🎉 Enjoyment - 8/10 As relaxing as always. While waiting for the second season of Yuru Camp△, it is nice getting a special episode. I only wish this would be longer. 📌 Recommendations It does not matter if this special episode’s title is Yuru Camp△ or Heya Camp△, but if you love Yuru Camp△, just watch it. Trust me. Enjoy!

Heya Camp△: Sauna to Gohan to Sanrin Bike (2020) As you would expect with a Rin episode it is outstanding. She on her own makes the show so great and her personality and actions are just perfect alone. Yuru camp with her as the main character was great. Heya camp moving away from her was very good but not as good. Something about Rin is very cute and relaxing to watch. With this one, we get a big shock. One that took me by surprise and that is her hair. I mean where on earth is the goddamn RIN BUN. She has cut it asper the PV which is a great shame but also nice to see physical development. Story on this one is another one of her adventures with a side activity on the way to camping. She gets a temporary new bike or should I say trike to use which is explained. The art is great as you would expect. It does not go ecchi at all and is wonderful to view. Sound is mellow and relaxing. It gives off a nice vibe and as you would expect Rin has the great voice that fits perfectly. There is no development in this outside of physical attributes and Rin being cute. Overall it is worth a watch for definite. Depending on how you like Heya Camp compared to Yuru Camp it really bounces the series back for me.

This special is a promotional videos for three wheeled Yamaha motorcycle. But still even though this is just a promote, it looks like one of Yuru Camp episode because the promotional part is only around 1 minute. Story 10/10 Just like other episode of Yuru Camp, this episode give you comfiness and relaxing feeling. Even though the promotional part not perfectly smooth fit into the story, it is still great to watch it if you want to see more Yuru Camp girls cuteness. Art 10/10 The art here is really really great, just like the main anime. There are no different at all. The view, the food, everything islook great in here. Sound 10/10 There are no problem with the sound. Everything here fit perfectly. Even though there are no ED or OP in here, they still have the relaxing BGM. All the BGM here is making me nostalgia because they all are from Season 1. Character 10/10 Even though this episode just focus on one character, you can still feel the wholesomeness that all the character here have. They talk to each other so kind and polite, just like the main anime. Enjoyment 10/10 I really appreciate them for making a special episode so i can relax more with Yuru Camp anime. For me this feel like an actual episode of Yuru Camp and not a special, because there are no different here except the duration. If you are a superfan of Yuru Camp you should definitely watch it to give yourself more Yuru Camp episode to watch. Thats all i can say about this anime, i'm actually strugling to write this review because this is the first time i am reviewing a special episode. So yeah, thank you for reading my review.

Maybe minor spoilers, I dunno: As inferred from the title, this is Rin's journey to a sauna, and without Nadeshiko popping up out of nowhere. Plus, it's not Yuru Camp without some camping. Despite sharing the title with the Heya Camp comedic shorts, this is much closer to a half length episode of Yuru Camp. OVAs/Specials often worry me because they try to jam too much content into a single episode - fortunately, Yuru Camp's already lax pace actually works really well with a short episode for a change. You get pretty much everything you'd expect from a typical Yuru Camp episode. The same peaceful music, witha few new tracks thrown in at the end. Same Yuru Camp humor. Same beautiful art style, and moving vehicles look slightly less mildly awkward! Only complaint was Rin's helmet mask alternating between clear and looking like a solid block of aluminum between scenes made her look more like masked Misaka Worst than I was expecting. There's only so much character development you can do in 10.5 minutes and usually specials can't get this right, and following Rin around for a day far exceeded what I was expecting. All in all, it's a typical Yuru Camp episode while we wait for season 2. If you liked season 1, then you'll like this. If you missed this, then you didn't miss anything important other than missed enjoyment. To be fair, I didn't know about this in advance and found it by coincidence. But if you're reading this now, then you know about this episode - go watch it already!
