Kandagawa Jet Girls: Koko kara Hajimaru Tokyo Girls Promotion

PV Time Kandagawa Jet Girls OVA plot centers around Kaguya employing the rest of the Jet Girls to make a PV that the Jet Association won't refuse, what we get is a fanservicey hijinks with the cast. For the most part, this OVA does give alot of screentime to the main cast and their hijnks and their typical traits and results of some of their attempts at a PV, though in saying that, besides Kaguya, only Hell's Kitchen and Yuzu and Manatsu are the only ones to actually make a PV, the rest just get thrown into the fanservice. And man the fanservice is EXACTLY what you expectBEFORE it shows up sometimes, while the fanservice has no nudity, it's more or less the implied fanservice with the cast, you know wet T-shirts, swimsuits and what have you....is the fanservice so take that like you will. Production value is the same typical quality from TNK and even from TNK and even for an OVA....they still somehow derp at times. As for the voice cast, well at least the voice cast are back soooo LA won't say much about this, well maybe besides Azusa Tadokoro playing around with Kaguya's character in this OVA. All in all...it's a Kandagawa Jet Girls OVA...what DID you expect?. As for LA...it's was...alright, nothing more, nothing less.

Story - This OVA is pretty lazy. It's literally just them trying to make a promotional video for the Jet Racing Association. It's really just a promo for the PS4 game I believe. No racing is to even be had in this OVA. There's different fan service tropes thrown in. Attempts were made at throwing various storylines in and some character development but the OVA just ended up feeling like a jumbled mess. Sound - It's ok, English dub is funny because of redneck main character. Opening and ending are forgettable but catchy. Animation - Watch for the "plot". My original Kandagawa Jet Girls opinion still remains:Watch Keijo! first, then come back if you're thirsty. Get around to this if you're still thirsty? Or don't, you won't be missing much if you skip it.

Basically Rail Romanesque for non-autists I mean it's a bit more complicated than that, but it's about a bunch of cute girls, acting in homoerotic/homoromantic ways attempting to produce a marketing campaign, only this time instead of being divvied up into 12 smaller segments it takes a single larger look at the production process, of course being an anime about media production I found it quite lacking in that department, as I also found with the Ecchi aspects of it, just a rather disappointingly average production all around, Rail Romanesque is much better if you're looking for something of this concept, though I'm sure for fansof Kandagawa Jet Girls, this does more than necessary to keep your attention.
