oh man I really hate Netflix. I consider myself a fan of Seven Deadly Sins. From the first wonderful season, it had some negative reviews for the third and fourth seasons, but still enjoyable overall and has a good ending to its unique story. ok let come back to this sin created by Netflix, this is one of the worst things that can be done for an anime series, It's like someone is making jokes on our dead best friend. This is what Netflix is doing to Nanatsu no Taizai. NO RESPECT NETFLIX, hope you go bankrupt asap so we will stop seeing things like this. Netflix has somegood shows no doubt, but generally they are trying their best to change the beautiful anime world we know.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh is the highly-anticipated sequel to the popular anime series, and it definitely lives up to its expectations. The story follows the main group of characters and introduces some new faces, including Tristan. Tristan, the son of Meliodus, is determined to save his mother from a curse put on by someone. He goes out on an adventure to find the culprit. The animation and art style are top-notch, and the soundtrack is excellent. The action sequences are well choreographed and exciting to watch, and the characters are all interesting and likable. Tristan is a great addition to the series, and his motivations and backstory are fascinating. The other new characters are also intriguing, and they add even more depth to the story. Overall, The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh is a fantastic sequel that lives up to the hype. It has great animation and art, a great soundtrack, and a compelling story. Tristan and the other new characters are great additions to the series, and they make the story even more exciting and thrilling. If you’re a fan of The Seven Deadly Sins, then you should definitely check out this sequal. Side Note: The CGI animation in Grudge of Edinburgh is a huge improvement over the 2D animation used in the other seasons. The 3D environment allows the characters to move and interact more realistically, and the action sequences look more dynamic and exciting. The visuals are also much more detailed and vibrant, and the overall look of the anime feels much more polished. I’m really looking forward to part two of Grudge of Edinburgh and can’t wait to see what it has in store.

Ok so now that you had time to go through the usual hate comments that are not even about the episode I am here to give an actual short review of what you will see. First of all the only downside of this episode is that it doesnt really have an ending so all I can say is about tis aspect is ONLY WATCH IT WHEN PART 2 IS OUT TOO! For the story I must say it isn't bad but not amazing either, at least for now. It does give you a nostalgic feeling so that is a plus even if it is not the meritof this exact episode but more so of the series. Now what most people care about, animation: All I can say is that it looks great, no matter what people might say on social media. Social media slander is just the way to feel important so don't let that fool you cause I did not see a single ugly scene. The hate that comes to this for the animation is from the same people that would love seeing this if it was an in game cutscene so maybe keep that in mind. It looks great but you might not be used to this from an anime. Overall a good episode and a huge step forward in visuals from the last seasons of the original series. (except the last movie of the series, that maybe looked better) A good throwback and a catchy enough plot, even if maybe clunky at times. As fotr the score, maybe an 8 might be a stretch for the plot but the visuals do help it. That and someone has to actually ballance out the unreasonable hate that comes to this series. Remember, obody thinks you are cool just cause act like you hated something so just go into in with an open mind and enjoy. (again, after ep 2 comes out would be for the better)

Funnily enough I didn't hate it that much This is a new story, it doesn't follow Seven Deadly Sins or 4 Knights of the Apocalypse but took Tristan and Lancelot from that series. So what I understood was that Deathpierce became the king of Edinburgh and also became a massive racist. He wanted to make a kingdom that only has humans and rejected all other races. He also hates the 7 Deadly Sins with a burning passion and even cursed Elizabeth. He kidnapped all other races to make some weird hybrid creatures and he also just has an army of possessed armors fighting for him. Tristan together withLancelot are the main characters of this. They are the ones that go against Deathpierces army and at least for Tristan he wanted to save his mother Elizabeth from the curse. All the Deadly Sins do make an appearance but I think Gowther and Meliodas had the most amount of screen time. The characters are well the same. Tristan is a very weird kid, blessed with the power of demons and goddesses. He is noble, lawful, has a great sense of morale which doesn't really help when you gotta kill bunch of armors and he isn't the greatest fighter yet. He does use Full Counter but the attack must be just right otherwise he cannot use it. Lancelot is a very edgy mofo. If you thought Ban was edgy, Lancelot is more. He does seem to care about people tho The music like always is banging The animation and art. They are... bad. If you have played the 7DS mobile game then you already know what this looks like. It looks like a game. It does utilize the good aspects of CG well, like the use of camera movement and also it has good fight choreography but that is the only thing I can really say about it. It looks janky. Still better than Berserk if you ask me. Also the fact that they went full CG and no 2d actually works in their favour. If they were to use both, it would create visual whiplash when 2d goes to 3d But thats my take. It isn't good, but it makes for a fun watch with your mates

If you thought seasons 3 and 4 were a travesty, this new followup to Seven Deadly Sins is a beast of it's own. If you ever thought, hey those really bad cutscenes in cel-shaded anime video games were awesome, this is the anime for you. You have the full on 3D environments with clear geometry and textures rendered in real time using PS3 era computing power with "stickers" as faces and the most awkwardly handcrafted animations around traced with a balled mouse from the 90s. Even the eyes will stretch when the face contorts, just like real life! It reminds me a lot of theCG Berserk, except I actually enjoyed that one because it was meant to be creepy and unsettling. If you loved Boruto and the cheap cash grab it represents, as well as it's braindead story designed for children and starring the deformed children of your favorite characters, this will also please you. There's a manufactured and poorly supported rift between the main character Tristan and his father (everyone's favorite Meliodas) which makes for a good excuse to exclude him from all conflicts, and every other adult in the show, because otherwise the whole thing would be over in two minutes with Meliodas flattening the bad guy's castle in five seconds and the rest for the credits to roll, much like how Naruto is too "busy" rubberstamping endless documents as village chief in Boruto's show so his son has to save the world himself with his weak-ass powers. The villain department is even worse. Just a one-dimensional racial supremacy sob story using a recycled character, his hatred based off one of the most hilarious moments in Seven Deadly Sins. It makes for a pretty funny parody of the show. I might watch the second part if I'm bored once it's released.
