The concept is pretty unique, people might get interested in cleaning the city. I watched it because of Toshiyuki Toyonaga, it's my beloved seiyū, and It was worth my time. I think in the rating you have to remember that this is only a 28 min anime. They included everything important in it and you can have a lot of fun at the same time, because it's interesting. Anime touches on an important topic. GREAT! Many cities should implement this sport. Characters react to situations and events in a realistic way and they're really smart. Also the characters interactions are so cute *~*I was impressed! BTW "Necessary" by Toshiyuki Toyonaga WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SONG! 💙
