Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku Arc
東京リベンジャーズ 天竺編
After succeeding in their winter conflict against Taiju Shiba and his Black Dragons, the Tokyo Manji Gang absorbs their group's remaining members. Due to his heroic courage and indomitable spirit, Takemichi Hanagaki should have accomplished his goal of defeating the tragic fate awaiting his girlfriend, Hinata Tachibana. In reality, Takemichi's troubles are far from over. Although Takemichi's actions have exposed Tetta Kisaki's treachery, the conniving schemer has found power elsewhere: Tenjiku, a dangerous gang led by the enigmatic Izana Kurokawa. Izana sets his sights on Manjirou "Mikey" Sano, pursuing a vicious interest in the Tokyo Manji Gang's aloof leader. In the future, Takemichi discovers that the machinations of Izana and Kisaki led to Mikey's moral ruin—a downfall that directly results in Hinata's death. Unfortunately, a terrible loss robs Takemichi of his time-leaping ability, stranding him in the past with one final chance to rescue everyone he loves. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

This season was in my opinion the best of the three, it finally gave us this satisfaction of an ending with a possibility of a return. Great fights all around in my opinion and a few WTF moments that had me very exited. Talking about angry the dark horse. Very interesting stuff. I love the character design unfortunately you know important characters appart nearly instantly, I would of loved it if there were more normal looking dudes but it wasn't that important to me. Was very close to a 9/10 but I think kisakis reason for doing what he did was trash, a better excusecould of been made, also the ending was very predictable in my opinion.

HOLY CHOCOLATE THIS SEASON IS LOVE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERIES AND SEASON! So exciting!! So much PLOTS TWISTS !! Did not expect that at all!! BUT.... ! It was a great follower from season 2, where they explained more questions which was being asked during season 2. Alot of twist and turns in the story, which is fantastic, i love it. An ending which is WOW, BUT WAIT !! is it really the end now ??? The end season was questionable if there will be a season 4 ! I mean, if they decide to end it at season 3, it would be a decentending, but then i will be left with some questions... So i hope they make season 4 to explain all the questions from this ending. (No i have not read the manga) Music was amazing, i actually really liked the intro and outro this time. it got added to my spotifylist right away ! What i did not like about this season was the intro-video. It contains spoilers for what will happen throughout the anime. Not the ending, but somewhere in the season (not telling where) so that kinda suck,so i will recommend to skip the intro actually if u dont want to be spoiled. total view: I loved this! I loved the whole series, every season, every actions, every story line, every character, every moment i cried, every moment i laughed, and every plot twist.

Today the final episode of Tokyo Manji Kai revengers Tenjiuku Hen has aired and we are all at a loss. What will we do for the next few periods of our lives where there is no Peak revengers news? Tokyo Revengers has always been a series that has transceded human life and is the epitome of story telling, emotions and writing. There are no such flaws and Tenjiku Hen has proves that statement to be held. Every single episodes of this arc has been better than the previous and we finally get to the jaw dropping moments that shattered through the dimensions of the known universeduring the great kanto incident. It is able to grasp the audiences attention with ease and keep you hooked on, with small logical flashbacks teasing you as you progress through this wonderous piece of art. Our qustions are satsifyingly answered and yet we are still kept with awe and eager during each cliff hanger - making you want to dive into the manga. But true fans are patient. The sadness this season has conveyed is like no other and i can guarantee the death of your loved ones is of no match to Tenjiku Hen's least depressing moments. Especially that last episode, man we were all balling our eyes out. As per usual, Liden films never fails to create bangers upon bangers and Tenjiku Hen was crafted to perfection. Drawing Izana kurokawa with a pen in one hand and a pen15 in the other. Tokyo Revengers characters have the coolest desgin and this arc broke the barriers with the most colorful, beautiful charcaters to have ever graced your eyes. The music is second to none and my only negligable, minor critic would be that the ed music shouldve been used for the opening because that really gets you hyped - it had all of us thinking that we were there fighintg for toman. But its understandable that it was kept for the ending in order to keep you even more hooked. I have so much more to say but tokyo manji kai revengers transcends life so i cannot put it into words. I speak for humanity when i say tenjiku hen>ww2

Good morning, this is my personall review of Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku-hen Plot: 7 I read the manga and Tenjiku's arc has always been my favourite Graphic: 4 The graphic became really bad during this season, it's almost comparable to nnt season 3 Music: 6 The opening remained the same, the ending is okay and the soundtrack are good as the same Characters: 8 Takemichi is such a badass in this season, I enjoyed Izana, Mikey and Kisaki as well Entertainment: 6Since I've already read the manga I know exactly what was going on, however I still enjoyed everything. Overall: 6 I hope in the next season the graphic will change and they will put more effort into everything because Tokyo revengers deserves it. Thank you for reading :)

As someone who’s been extremely critical of Tokyo Revengers in the past, I have to give credit where it’s due. This was the best season of the show by a very wide margin. Compelling story, cool villain, stakes, emotional moments and some surprisingly cool moments from the MC made it a very fun watch. While Tokyo Revengers still isn’t a paradigm of great writing, the author managed to get the storybeats write for this Tenjiku arc. Coming in to this season I’d heard much praise about this being the best arc and I was skeptical, but fans ended up being right here. This was an enjoyableseason from start to finish fuelled mainly by the circumstances facing Toman. Backs against the wall against a seemingly unstoppable and ruthless enemy in Tenjiku, led by an antagonist with personal connections to Mikey and his family. Because of those circumstances, Takemichi was forced to really step up and be a proper MC for once. Searching out allies, rallying Toman’s forces and leading them into a pretty epic final battle. He’s consistently been one of my biggest criticisms of the story, but I have to give it to him, Takemichi was solid in this season. Yea he’s still an idiot at times and some of his actions still don’t make sense considering he’s 26 years old, but he’s got heart and will keep fighting to ensure everyone gets the best resolution possible. In the Tenjiku arc in particular, that really culminates with an amazing final few episodes where his resilience in the face of insurmountable odds is on full display. Taking punch after punch, the guy just doesn’t give up. The weakest of the bunch, but the strongest heart. I can’t lie, I got goosebumps from some of his speeches and bravery. He’ll never be one of my fave MCs, but if I can criticise him, I also need to be able to praise him when he’s doing well. This season’s brutal. It’s not afraid to kill off characters which I really appreciate. There’s a few scenes where I was certain an asspull would occur to save a character and it didn’t. It gives a weight to the story when you know popular/important characters might not make it out alive. While we’ve seen characters die before in this show, it’s been a while and it’s never been in the brutal ways you see in this season. I mean my jaw was on the floor for some of this. There’s a ton of action as well which make for a nonstop roller coaster ride. Of course the animation isn’t the best for those scenes, but we’ll get into that in a bit. I think this season started bringing together a lot of the future and past plotlines in the series. Learning about Mikey, his brother, black dragon, Toman, Izana and the truth about their past helps explain why things turn out the way they do in the future. While Takemichi still doesn’t have the ideal future he wants, we certainly have a clearer direction of how to achieve that goal now thanks to the reveals in this season. There’s still the usual need to suspend disbelief when watching this series because of teenagers with guns, starting brawls, killing people, etc. But at this point I’ve accepted Tokyo Revengers will always be a series that you just have to turn you brain off to truly enjoy. Don’t look for logic here. I’ll say this is the easiest season to do it in as well because the story is pretty damn good. As usual, animation is really bad in this during most action scenes with the exception of the final two episodes which I found to be pretty good. I really don’t know how they can’t get things right with this series because it’s really popular and you’d think they’d have ample staff on it.. just always looks so stiff and choppy and facial models are often off. Tokyo Revengers Tenjiku Hen is a substantial improvement over the last couple seasons in my opinion. Best antagonist so far, gripping emotional storybeats with some actually cool plot twists and gritty action. If they can keep this going, they’re in good shape. Tokyo Revengers Tenjiku Hen gets 8 out of 10
