Digimon Adventure 25-shuunen Kinen PV: Digimon Adventure - Beyond

What is canon in Digimon Adventure at this point... Pretty sure even Toei doesn't know. This pretty much makes Kizuna non-canon, or at the very least the ending (ignoring the possibility of some resurrection nonsense). While I'm happy to always get new stuff set in the Adventure Universe, it does kind of ruin the ending to that movie. The actual substance of Beyond is mostly non-existent, the biggest problem with it was the amount of marketing they had promoting "Digimon Adventure: Beyond" as some new chapter or entry. At almost a year since it's released, with no news of anything else, I'm left wondering whatthe point of this was. In isolation there's practically no reason to watch this, other than to be a completionist (which I am, but still).
