Mei's quirk is Zoom. Zoom grants Mei eyesight that can zoom far away, allowing her to clearly see distant people and objects. By focusing her eyes into a particular spot, Mei is capable of seeing up to 5 kilometers. Her eyes also feature unique crosshair-shaped irises, which might be a physical feature of the Quirk.
